I am hardly ever on DA these days. Mostly because I don't own a scanner and therefore can't post any new art. Although I am lacking in new art lately since all I do is work work work lol. However, I'm thinking of taking up my manager's offer for paying me for my art time away from the store. Knowing my luck, it wouldn't be much, but it would be better than nothing. Someone has to make ends meet and that has to be me right now since my significant other is taking his sweet time in getting a job. Ok I know the job market blows, but I don't even think he's looking anymore and I don't think his resume is complete either. Sometimes I wish I could light a literal fire under his ass. I ain't paying for the wedding and honeymoon by myself lol.

On another happy note, french toast is soooooooo tasty. *drool*

I'm so OLD today! LOL just kidding, but it sucks I gotta work. Now I gotta hope none of my co workers have a music bug when I walk in, otherwise I'm getting serenaded XD

I'm engaged. Once Mike and I get settled in a new apartment, we'll start planning and figuring out the wedding. No date has been set yet, but soonest will be a year. That is all for now.

Well it's official: I really am in Seattle now. It's much warmer here, as well as being wet and green. I feel like I'm in the twilight zone because of it. I'm still used to white and brown from late November to April and now I'm in a place where I'll see and feel springtime by early March! I think the one thing that'll take some time getting used to is the humidity, but that's very minor to other things I'll have to get used to. The country girl has moved to the big city with very little money, no license to drive and no vehicle. This I will be changing as soon as possible of course. Wish me luck!

Wow...I haven't updated this thing in a long time. For those that do read the blogs on here, I will be moving to Seattle a week from tomorrow. My plane leaves from Denver at 5pm and my friend Em will be driving me there in the morning of that day. I won't have much with me but enough clothes to get me by till I can have the rest of them shipped to me, my laptop, and my cat Ocelot (hopefully). I also have a cellphone to use. It is not mine, it's my mother's, but she wanted me to have a phone on me so my family could reach me easily. As soon as I get a job there, I'll pay off my old cellphone bill so I can start a new plan. The number for this phone is: (970) 275-6376.
